Hybrid Homes LLC is a custom homebuilder in the greater Fredericksburg,
Virginia area specializing in Green Construction. The owner of Hybrid Homes LLC,
John Marcantoni, has an extensive construction background with over 15 years of
experience from heavy/highway projects to elaborate custom homes. With a structural
civil engineering degree from Northeastern University in hand, his construction career
blossomed working for a large general contractor that encompassed all phases and
types of construction working with federal and state clients constructing tunnels,
bridges, and roads to building custom homes for individual clients. The experience
gained and continued interest in new techniques and materials enabled the creation of
Hybrid Homes LLC translating clients dreams into reality.
John has been developing property and building homes up and down the east coast
from Cape Cod, MA to Buford, GA and currently in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He
currently resides in Orange County, Virginia with his wife, Kim and their two children,
Matthew and Nicole.
Whether it was constructing a bridge over the Massachusetts Turnpike, building a
resort facility in St. Lucia, or developing and building residential developments, his core
values of integrity, quality, and client relationships have endured and still remain
tantamount in his own business today.
